A business strategy backed by the commitment we have seen from our team is a pleasure to be part of, now that's something to celebrate!
The JUDDRILL New Year Party was a hit !
It began with the unveiling of the JUDDRILL team trophy, DP1500i DR01.
Practice was full of laughs, spin outs and kart testing. Qualifying saw the heat get turned up and racing nudges become more aggressive for a spot in the final. In the end, 8 racers took the track for the final and as the flag dropped so did all the friendships, it was GO time.
The final came to a dramatic end, with Sean “Juddy” Judd taking first place, however, disqualified by a technical rule breach 1.14 Section c) A company director must not win the Juddrill New Year party event.
Mike Simmons proclaimed victory, Hugh “Madhuey” Smith found himself in 2nd place and Jesse Lund completed the podium in 3rd place.
After being in the top four, Ryan “Westy” West lost control of his kart and found himself the wooden spoon prize with a 51.819 sec lap. Brett “Shaggy” aka Mr Dooley, was awarded the prize for Most Supportive both on and off the track in his fatherly duties. Lyle Smith couldn’t believe his luck when he was awarded with the prize for Best Dressed, if not now that new Juddrill sports polo will do the trick.
What this means going forward, Mike Simmons retains the DP1500i DR01 trophy and must make himself available to be challenged in any format to all Juddrill employees and their partners at any time.
Thanks all for participating, for bringing all the fam bam along and making JUDDRILL a great place to work and play.
